While we stand behind the quality of our products, refunds are not guaranteed. In the event of a full return, we offer store credit equivalent to the original purchase value.
To initiate a return, ensure the items are in their original undamaged condition with the correct packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
It's important to clarify that our exchange and return policy applies exclusively to domestic orders within New Zealand, exempting international orders. However, in cases of faulty products, a prompt refund for the full product amount is assured.
